Well that was a whirlwind January if I ever knew one. I cannot believe the activity in the real estate market this early in the year. Multiple offer scenarios, over asking are seemingly every day phrases again. With such low inventory it definitely makes for a seller’s market. If you are thinking about making a move the market is certainly hot right now! Call me to schedule an appointment to discuss your real estate needs. I’d love to help!
