HAPPY 2020!

As the weather seesaws between warm and chilly and people begin to take down their Christmas decorations, my thoughts are naturally turning to the spring market.

Whether you should renovate your existing home or move into a new one. This is a hot topic right now in the real estate press, as high prices – in the move-up market in particular – and lack of inventory present potential buyers with some tough questions.

Now more than ever you need the right real estate agent on your side. Get in touch with me and let me help you.

Here are a few of my favourite things to do in the Durham regions as well as some upcoming events.

Check them out and maybe I will see you there!

Warm winter wishes, Lisa
